Rates depend upon season, number of persons, and length of stay. In general, the cost per night for two person
for 3 or more days will average $135 for Timpcreek South and $155 for Timpcreek North. When both halves of the
Timpcreek Building are reserved by one group, the average cost per night will be approx $275 for 4 persons for
stays of 3 or more days. The nightly rate for the three bedroom Cassidy Creek Cabin will average approx $300/night based
upon occupancy by 2 persons. Rates are approx 15% lower Mar 30-May 15, and from Nov 1-Dec 15, and approx 40% higher
for the Christmas and New Year's week. Minimum stay for Timpcreek Cottages is two nights. Minimum stay for the
Cassidy Creek Cabin is 4 nights. Deposit depends upon length of stay, generally 50% for stays less than 4 days, but
not less than $200.
Christmas - New Year break is normally Dec 27 (Check-out for Christmas week is Dec 27, New Year's week starts Dec
27 or 28). Modifications are negotiable, we are happy to work with your schedule whenever it does not conflict
with a previous booking.
