Rates depend upon season, number of persons, and length of stay. In general, the cost per night for two person
occupancy will average $129 ForTimpcreek South and $159 for Timpcreek North. When both halves of the Timpcreek facility
are reserved by one group, the average cost per night will be approximtely $250 for 4 persons. The nightly rate
for the three bedroom Cassidy Creek Cabin will average approximately $250/night based upon occupancy by 2 persons. Rates
are approximately 15% lower between Mar 30-May 15, and Oct 15-Dec 15, and approximately 35% higher
for the Christmas and New Year's week. Minimum stay for Timpcreek Cottages is two nights. Minimum stay for the
Cassidy Creek Cabin is 4 nights. Deposit depends upon length of stay, generally 50% for stays less than 4 days, but
not less than $200.
During the Christmas and New Year time frames, rates are based upon a 6 night minimum stay for all units The
Christmas - New Year break is normally Dec 27 (Check-out for Christmas week is Dec 27, New Year's week starts Dec
27 or 28). Some modifications are possible.
